Về việc tạo tài khoản, xin theo quy trình của VPTTK, UV Nội Vụ, UV Quan Trị Huynh Trưởng.  

1. Huynh trưởng ở đơn vị hay miền chưa có tài khoản tại nền tảng của tổ chức: gdptvn-hoaky.com cần liên lại huynh trưởng LĐT hoặc TTK Miền.

2.  Huynh trưởng TTK hoặc LĐT (đã có account) sẽ vào form sau để request account creation cho huynh trưởng đương sự trong Miền:

3. Sau khi điền form, khối chuyên năng sẽ nhận được thông báo, và Khối chuyên năng sẽ tạo account và gởi đến huynh trưởng đương sự.

4. Sau đó, huynh trưởng đương sự sẽ có thể vào https://intranet.gdptvn-hoaky.com của tổ chức để điền sách tịch và access những information nội bộ.

Tóm lại: Đơn Xin Tạo Tài Khoản Điện Thư (email account) trên nền tảng "gdptvn-hoaky.com" (Form to create the GDPT email account on "gdptvn-hoaky.com" domain). Đơn này dành cho HTr. TTK hoặc LĐT, Thư Ký các đơn vị, ghi tên cho các huynh trưởng đang sinh hoạt tại Miền hoặc đơn vị.

To apply for the @gdptvn-hoaky.com account, please follow the procedures established by the Administration director, the Internal affair director, and the people management Director.

1. Adult leaders (Huynh Trưởng) at the unit or regional level who do not yet have an account on the organization’s platform, @gdptvn-hoaky.com, should contact their Liên Đoàn Trưởng (LĐT) or the Regional Secretary (TTK Miền).

2. The Regional Secretary (TTK) or Liên Đoàn Trưởng (LĐT) who already has an account should use the following form to request the creation of an account for the leader in their region:

3. After the form is submitted, the responsible technical team will receive the request, create the account, and send the account information to the respective leader.

4. Once the account has been created, the leader can log in to the organization’s intranet at https://intranet.gdptvn-hoaky.com to complete their membership records and access internal organizational information.
